NOURISH IN PLACE THIS THANKSGIVING
Since March, I’ve been running a group food prep program to provide Los Angeles-area residents with high-quality, organic prepared foods on a weekly basis. By forming a collective buying club, more individuals get access to my services at a lower fee per household. Now I’m offering anyone the chance to drop in for our Thanksgiving Meal.
This plant-based feast is designed to be enjoyed at home with easy heat-and-serve dishes that will delight your eyes and tastebuds alike. The menu is specifically designed to incorporate a variety of textures and tastes, and will leave you feeling great (no post-turkey coma!).
2020 has been an unusual year, so perhaps it’s time to try something new for your holiday meal! If you’ve been taking on extra cooking duty this year, give yourself a break this Thanksgiving and leave the heavy lifting to me!
The Menu
Sweet Potato + Ginger Bisque
Roasted Delicata Squash with Herbed Chestnut + Portobello Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic + Chives
Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sumac, Maple + Pomegranate
Herbed Gravy
Cranberry-Orange Sauce
Persimmon + Cardamom Panna Cotta with Gingersnap Crumble
All dishes are organic and plant-based. Local produce is used whenever possible. Gluten-free wild rice stuffing option is available upon request.
Cost + Logistics
$55 per person + delivery fee ($10–20, depending on location)
Pick-up option available at no extra charge
Food will be available for pickup/delivery on Wednesday, November 25 from 4–6 p.m.
Suggested heating and serving instructions will be provided for all menu items.
