Cooking Classes: My Philosophy
All classes I offer integrate cooking instruction and hands-on food preparation with mindfulness practice. You'll come away with tools to increase your presence in the kitchen and in all areas of life. Classes are open to all unless a prerequisite is otherwise noted. I intentionally keep class sizes small, so pre-registration is required to hold your spot.
