This is a single 75-minute session (via Zoom) designed to help you dial in a plan to take you through the remainder of the season and address aspects of well-being where there is room for change/optimization. The session includes a full intake process and I will provide you a summary of written recommendations after our session. These sessions are offered to Spring Cleanse participants at a discounted rate. After purchasing, I will follow up with a link to schedule your session.
