Come brush up on your cutting and chopping skills and learn the best ways to get the most life out of your knives. You’ll leave feeling more confident and ready to tackle any cutting job with ease.

· Time to practice using your own favorite knife
· Preparation of a few veggie-based soups using the ingredients we prepare

Here's what past participants had to say...
"We both love to cook, and have to admit there was always something missing from our approach to the time we spend in the kitchen. The communal setting of the knife skills class gave us the knowledge and comfort we needed to take our culinary creations to exciting new places. Thank you, Chef Meredith, for sharing your method which makes using knives a positive and stress-free experience that also decreases the time it takes to get to the finished product. (p.s. - we'll never cut an onion the same way again!) Yum!" - Shawnna S. & Erik O., Studio City
"My anxiety in the kitchen has diminished tremendously after taking Meredith's class. I'm way more confident and not constantly having to worry about losing a fingertip!" - Aidan A., Santa Monica
