This recipe collection is the compilation of a series of recipes I offered in an online program during the final months of 2022. Each week after I shared recipes with participants, I received notes sharing what comfort and joy these dishes brought to participants and their families. Based on all the feedback, I was inspired to make this compilation available to a broader audience.

All the recipes here have a focus on foods that are cooked, spiced and grounding. This is the edible medicine we need during the darkest and coldest months, but also what is most needed in a world that is ever faster and more frenetic.

This collection includes 44 plant-forward recipes – all are vegan or have vegan alternatives available. Those of you who have used my recipes before will know I am always committed to sharing recipes that are simple, generally not too time consuming and packed with flavor, and you will find all of that here.
