Please note that the first two pages contain the basic items needed to complete the recommended cleanse diet. I’ll discuss on our first live call how to use the other optional items and recipes; therefore, I recommend doing most of your shopping after the initial call if possible, especially if this is your first time cleansing with me.

If you live in an area where it can be harder to source specialty items, the things that people generally like to buy in advance or purchase online include: everything listed on page 2, the ingredients for the churna spice blend (p. 3) and the items on page 5.
