Join Chef Meredith Klein on November 13 at a lovely home in Topanga Canyon to learn to prepare a scrumptious holiday feast. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare a full meal, including:
-Portobello Caps with Red Quinoa, Cranberries and Hazelnuts
-Veggie Stuffing
-Roasted Acorn Squash with Maple Glaze
-Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie with Cashew Cream (one of my most requested recipes!)
-Plus, two varieties of vegan gravies that even meat eaters will love!
We’ll also cover some basic knife skills, menu planning principles, and other topics, so this class is perfect for anyone looking to boost their confidence in the kitchen.
