We work with yoga teachers, meditation groups and other consciously-minded individuals to design menus using local organic ingredients for retreats and events that compliment the larger mission at hand. We specialize in tantalizing vegetarian/vegan menus with an emphasis on raw and living foods, but we'll always accommodate your requests and preferences.
Through our workshops, we provide education on how to cultivate healthy relationships and rituals with food, with the ultimate goal of developing a deeper appreciation of food, as well as more mindful habits in all aspects of our lives. We also provide hands-on cooking classes designed to build confidence and boost culinary creativity.
